Jamie earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eckerd College in 1989. He completed his Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of Cincinnati in 1993. In his 25 years as a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Jamie has provided diagnostics, psychotherapy, and case management to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families, primarily in medical settings. Jamie has also provided training and supervision to other behavioral health clinicians.
Jamie employs primarily cognitive-behavioral and family systems approaches to assess and treat patient concerns. His areas of clinical focus include recovery from trauma, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, major mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and co-occurring instances of multiple behavioral health disorders.
