About the Role
Professional Psychiatric Services is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team. Candidates will facilitate and mainstream the process for patients to access care.
-Answer phones and check in patients
-Schedule patient appointments
-Aid the operation of various departments including Outpatient Therapy, Intake, Billing, and Clinical Research
-Complete daily administrative tasks
-No health care experience is required

Requirements
-High school or equivalent education (Preferred)
-1 year customer service experience (Preferred)
