Emily Henson

Emily Henson is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that treats children, adolescents, and adults. She completed her graduate training at Northern Kentucky University and has an undergraduate degree from Ohio University.

Emily treats patients with a range of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance abuse disorders, and ADHD. Her purpose as a nurse practitioner is to help others and provide individualized care to each patient she encounters.

 

She wants her patients to know they are not alone in this process and the ultimate goal is for the patient to feel better and improve their wellbeing. Emily works individually with each patient to co-create personal goals and supports their journey to achieving them.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two children, going to sporting events, and hanging out with family.
