Melissa Weber

Melissa A. Weber, LSW, TRCC is a licensed social worker with over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed care and behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families. She has spent her career working in foster care, school-based mental health, and substance use recovery, offering individualized support through a collaborative, strengths-based approach.

 

Melissa is skilled in delivering therapy across multiple modalities, including individual, family, and group sessions, and incorporates evidence-based practices such as CBT, TF-CBT, and play-based interventions. She has extensive experience coordinating care with families, schools, courts, and child welfare agencies, supporting youth with crisis intervention, permanency planning, and stabilization. Melissa also brings expertise in case management, resource navigation, and clinical assessment, helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Melissa holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. She is a licensed social worker in Ohio and holds Trauma Responsive Care Certification (TRCC), alongside additional training in child welfare and clinical care. With her compassionate and structured approach, Melissa is dedicated to empowering clients and guiding them through challenges toward resilience and well-being.
