Pam Quarles

LPC, LICDC

Pam Quarles is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). She holds an undergraduate degree from Fisk University and a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She specializes in working with adults, youth, families, and couples, addressing a range of mental health needs through individual and group therapy. Pam's experience spans various treatment settings, including residential, acute care, outpatient programs, behavioral health centers, youth homes, and schools.

Pam has a passion for implementing evidence-based therapies and interventions, which she uses to empower her clients in their journey toward well-being. Her therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Resolution, Stress Reduction, Exposure Therapy, and Reality Therapy. Pam’s focus is to help clients regain control over their lives, achieve emotional regulation, and make intentional, healthy decisions to uncover their best selves.

​She has also spearheaded community counseling programs, designed to meet diverse needs, and has worked as a mentor to students, further fueling her dedication to supporting others. Pam is committed to meeting her clients where they are, helping them build coping strategies and problem-solving skills for a balanced, independent life.

​

Outside of her practice, Pam is passionate about community service and actively volunteers with organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Paint the Town. In her free time, she enjoys skating, kickboxing, parasailing, snow tubing, DIY projects, Nascar races, and traveling.
