Mental health is often a complex and deeply personal journey. While well-meaning advice like "just go to therapy" or "try some medication" is common, the reality is that getting support isn't always that simple. Finances, long waitlists, insurance barriers, and the challenge of finding the right provider can make accessing ongoing care difficult, especially when you’re already struggling.

In the meantime, we still need support.Whether it's a safe person to talk to, coping tools to get through a hard night, or immediate crisis help, accessible mental health resources can fill gaps when traditional services aren't within easy reach.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re sharing a list of trusted hotlines, textlines, websites, and more that you can turn to anytime.
